The programme’s comprehensive curriculum is designed to meet the rigorous standards of leading universities in the UK and other global destinations offering English-medium degrees.     Who is this programme for?

    The Kings Degree Pathway Programme - Online is designed for international students who want to progress to a leading UK, US or international university. The criteria include students:

    • Who have completed minimum 11 to 12 years of school education in their home countries (GCSE or equivalent)

    • With a minimum age of 16.5 years

    • With a minimum IELTS score of 5.5 (5.0 in reading and writing) or equivalent

    Comprehensive curriculum

    Two subjects form the basis of all degree pathway programme routes. They give students the vital platform needed to acquire subject-specific knowledge. These include:

    • Communication and Study Skills

    • Data Handling and Information Technology (slightly different for Humanities Modules and for Maths and Science Modules)

    Any three electives from a range of subjects are to be combined with core modules, allowing for progression to a broad range of degrees, including Business, Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, International Relations and related subjects. These include:

    • Business Studies

    • Economics

    • Human Geography

    • Mathematics

    Additional subject areas may be available at Kings colleges in the UK or for future online programmes.

    Who is the programme intended for?

    The Kings Degree Pathway Programme - Online is designed specifically for international students. Therefore, the participants are from a wide variety of countries. Class profiles vary from one cohort to the next and differ by time zones.

    Is there a discount or financial aid?

    What can I expect to do in the programme?

    The Kings Degree Pathway Programme - Online is an immersive learning journey that requires an average of 21 hours per week for subject learning. Additionally, an average of 10 hours of homework is required per week. You will also be provided with guided tutorials and counseling sessions throughout the programme.

    Do I get a certificate and transcript?

    Upon successful completion of the programme, students will receive an electronic certificate and transcript via email that can be used for university applications and processes such as UCAS. A hard copy can also be provided for an additional fee (covering courier charges).

    What are the academic requirements?
    • A minimum IELTS score of 5.5 (5.0 in reading and writing) or equivalent

    • Completion of a minimum 11 to 12 years of school education in home country (GCSE or equivalent)

    What are the technical requirements?

    • Access to high-speed internet

    • Laptop with Microsoft Teams for Work or School version for live, real-time (online) lesson delivery and access to learning materials

    • For the Data Handling and Information Technology and Maths subject, students must use a Casio FX-991CW Advanced Scientific Calculator (UK Version) in order to do the equations

    • Students must have access to the subscription-based Office 365/Microsoft 365 version in order to be able to use the full functionality of Microsoft Excel that is required for the Data Handling and Information Technology subject
